Bet QQ Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and Bet QQ ("we", "us", "our", "the platform"). By creating an account at Bet QQ or using any of our services — including sports betting, online casino games, fishing games, Ludo, or any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not register or use the Bet QQ platform. We recommend that all members review these Terms periodically, as they may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided by Bet QQ through the website betqq.biz and any associated mobile interfaces. The platform offers sports betting, online casino, live dealer games, fishing games, Ludo, and related promotional services to eligible members located outside of restricted jurisdictions.

By accepting these Terms, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing Bet QQ of your own free will;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• The funds you deposit are legally yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register a Bet QQ account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Bet QQ reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including CNIC, B-Form, or passport.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid mobile number, and date of birth.
• You must not already hold an active account at Bet QQ. Duplicate registrations are prohibited.
• You must not have previously had an account at Bet QQ that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Bet QQ reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Incomplete or inaccurate registration information may result in account suspension or closure.

Age Verification

Bet QQ may request proof of age at any stage, including before processing a first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or B-Form. Accounts will be suspended pending verification and unverified accounts that cannot confirm their age will be closed, with original deposits returned to the source payment method where possible.

3. Account Management

Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one and only one active Bet QQ account. This applies regardless of the name, device, IP address, mobile number, payment method, or any other identifier used. Where Bet QQ determines that a member holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them forfeited. The original account may also be subject to review.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bet QQ username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Bet QQ will never request your password by email, phone, or chat. Any activity conducted on your account before you report unauthorised access to our support team is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately to support@betqq.biz.

Account Currency

All Bet QQ accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, bet amounts, and payout figures are in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through Pakistani payment methods.

4. Deposits and Payments

Bet QQ accepts deposits through the following Pakistani payment methods:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500
• IBFT Bank Transfer — minimum deposit Rs 500
• Visa / Mastercard — minimum deposit Rs 1,000

All deposits are credited to your Bet QQ account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. Bet QQ does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their standard transaction fees, which are outside our control.

Deposit Limits

Bet QQ applies default daily and monthly deposit limits that vary by account verification level. Verified accounts may request higher limits by contacting our support team. Responsible gaming deposit limits can also be self-applied through your account dashboard and, once set, can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

Third-Party Deposits

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or cards belonging to third parties will be returned to the source and may trigger an account review. Bet QQ does not accept payments from any person other than the account holder.

5. Withdrawals

Bet QQ processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Most Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers complete within five minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 30 minutes during banking hours.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to your account.
• Bet QQ may request identity or source-of-funds verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Any active bonus balance with an incomplete wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts under review or suspension.

Withdrawal Fees

Bet QQ does not charge any withdrawal fees on its side. Your mobile money provider or bank may apply their standard transfer fees, which are entirely outside Bet QQ's control and are not reimbursable.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bet QQ offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, referral rewards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses carry a 5x wagering requirement on the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted requirements will result in the bonus balance expiring.
• Sports bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 to count toward wagering requirements at 100%.
• Live casino and slots contribute at rates specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bet QQ reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage through bonus funds, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited and the account being reviewed.

Referral Programme

The Bet QQ referral programme pays Rs 500 to both the referring member and the newly registered friend upon the friend's first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more. Referral bonuses carry the standard 5x wagering requirement. Self-referral through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being closed.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting at Bet QQ:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are locked at the moment the bet slip is confirmed by the member.
• Bet QQ reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error or technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned.
• In-play bets are subject to delay and may be refused if the event state has changed materially between the time of placement and confirmation.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market are applied to all accounts. These limits vary by sport, event type, and account history.
• Bet QQ does not accept bets on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement.
• Where the result of a match or event is disputed or subject to official review, Bet QQ will settle bets in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body.

Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For Pakistan Super League matches and all international cricket fixtures, Bet QQ settles markets based on the official scorecard confirmed by the ICC, PCB, or the relevant cricket board. Rain-affected matches are settled according to the DLS method result where applicable. Abandoned matches with no official result will have all bets voided and stakes returned.

8. Casino and Games

All casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, fishing games, and Ludo games at Bet QQ use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. The platform does not manipulate outcomes based on player history, account balance, or any other factor.

• The house edge for each game is displayed or available in the individual game information panel.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. Bet QQ will return stakes for bets affected by confirmed technical errors.
• Game rules displayed within each game interface take precedence over general casino descriptions in the event of any discrepancy.
• Bet QQ reserves the right to suspend any game title or live dealer table without prior notice for maintenance, licensing, or technical reasons.

Fishing Games

Fishing games are real-money arcade games where outcomes are determined by RNG-governed fish health values and spawn rates. The shared table format means multiple players interact with the same fish pool simultaneously. Bet QQ does not guarantee kill outcomes for any player regardless of weapon or bullet cost used.

9. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Bet QQ and will result in immediate account closure with all balances forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once;
• Colluding with other members to guarantee outcomes in multiplayer games or sports events;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts of any kind to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or obvious pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit;
• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment details;
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity;
• Placing bets on both sides of an event using multiple accounts or in collusion with another member (arbing through promotions);
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Bet QQ staff or other members.

Bet QQ monitors all activity on the platform using automated systems and manual review. If suspicious behaviour is detected, your account may be suspended pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, Bet QQ reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

Bet QQ is committed to responsible gaming. We offer the following tools to all members, accessible directly through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account and block re-registration for a minimum of six months.

13. Account Termination

Closure by Member

You may close your Bet QQ account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days. Bonus balances with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Closure by Bet QQ

Bet QQ reserves the right to close or suspend any account with or without notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
• The account holder is found to be underage;
• The member has self-excluded through our responsible gaming tools;
• Required verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, Bet QQ reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is due to circumstances other than a Terms breach, real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method.

14. Amendments to Terms
